Return & Replacement Policy
Welcome to DOMU COMPUTER.
We always try to provide genuine and quality products to our customers. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Products can be returned or replaced only in the following conditions:
Manufacturing defect
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during delivery
Missing accessories/items in package
2. Return Time Period
Customers can request a return or replacement within:
7 Days from the date of delivery
After 7 days, return or replacement requests may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following conditions/products are not eligible for return:
Physical damage caused by customer
Water/liquid damage
Burnt or electrically damaged products
Software issues or virus problems
Products without original box/accessories
Products damaged due to misuse
Customized or special-order items
4. Product Condition for Return
To approve a return:
Product must be unused or properly maintained
Original packaging should be available
Invoice/Bill must be provided
All accessories must be returned with product
5. Refund Policy
Refund will be processed after product inspection.
Approved refunds may take:
5–7 Working Days
Refund amount will be transferred through:
Bank Transfer
UPI
Original payment method
6. Replacement Policy
If replacement is approved:
Same product replacement will be provided.
If product unavailable, equivalent product or refund may be offered.
7. Return Shipping Charges
Customer may need to pay return shipping charges.
If wrong or defective product is delivered by us, DOMU COMPUTER may bear the shipping cost.
8. Warranty Support
Many products are covered under:
Brand Warranty
Service Center Warranty
Seller Warranty (if applicable)
Warranty terms depend on the respective brand/company.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.
